Frequently asked questions

Do you handle patient records?
No. We don't receive medical records or diagnoses. In the US, we don't handle protected health information and aren't a HIPAA service.
Who approves the clinical content?
A physician on your team approves every clinical piece before it's published.
Do I need a permit to advertise?
Health advertising can require one. In Mexico, your practice requests the COFEPRIS advertising permit; in the US, FTC rules and your professional board's rules apply. Eduardo prepares materials for your professional to review against the applicable requirements.
Is this medical advice?
No. The content is educational and doesn't replace a consultation. We don't promise health outcomes.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we label all AI-generated content.
We're a hospital or a large network.
You can request a scope tailored to your locations, volume and team. Write to me.
